Spectacular panoramic view

The dreamlike holiday apartment building sits high above Laax-Murschetg. It has 94 apartments across 15 floors, and one of the ways it can be accessed is in an inclined lift. Terraced into the landscape and facing south, the complex is outstanding with its unbeatable views and sun-drenched apartments. The elegant architecture reflects the natural characteristics of its surroundings using high-quality materials such as natural stone and larch.

The symbiosis of aesthetics and safety

The metal compact venetian blind MV 90 is used to complement the luxury look of the apartment – a sophisticated shading system capable of meeting high demands. The high-quality, low-maintenance toothed belt guide is integrated in the guides on the side. Because a lifting cord is not threaded through the slats, it provides maximum darkening and heat insulation. Thanks to the special shape of its slats, the metal compact venetian blind can freely and accurately control the amount of light let in. The grey aluminium of the slats blends in with the natural stone and wooden facades. The location of the apartments at the edge of the forest offers a lot of peace and quiet, and privacy. This is a great advantage of the local surroundings. Since they are holiday apartments, a lot more attention was given to break-in protection. This is another reason why the MW 90 is the perfect choice. It can be locked in every intermediate position thanks to its anti-lift device. Together with a special slat guide, it satisfies increased security requirements thanks to its active locking technology.

“The exposed south-facing slope of the Cuolm Liung apartment building requires a very fine balance between the amount of light let in and glare protection. The metal compact venetian blind MV 90 gives residents a flexible lighting solution with plenty of natural light.”
