With the vertical blind from Schenker Storen you can adjust the amount of natural light and sight protection to suit your personal needs, as well as darken the room as desired. Its vertical lines create a visual expanse while punctuating a modern look. The customised shapes, materials and designs are particularly eye-catching. The fabric, aluminium or screen textile vanes slide along a track that can integrate with any special architectural feature, from angular gables or arches, and high, angled stairwells up to multi-faceted glass structures. The vertical vanes permit a view to the outside at all times.

There is a choice of three different drop materials to cater for a touch of exclusivity.
Fabric: This ideal all-rounder offers maximum clearance and, with over 200 RAL print colours to choose from, ensures a truly personal design. The remarkable feel, elegant look and textile structure of the fabrics are nothing short of impressive, and they are also printable.
PVC-coated textiles, also known as screen textiles: These ensure sight and glare protection at all times, as well as a pleasant lighting in the rooms. The angle of the opening between the vanes gives an excellent view to the outside, even with the glare protection. Ideal for offices and foyers.
Aluminium: These chic vanes made from aluminium are a striking feature with their subtle shine, solid form and smooth material. They create a uniform look and are easy to wipe clean. The aluminium vanes are a great choice for both residential and commercial properties.
Room divider
Room divider
The vertical blind in the “room divider” design runs along an upper and lower rail and is fix tensioned. This means the drop can be individually turned and moved. The technology used throughout ensures the blinds move smoothly and securely, and is available colour anodised or powder-coated. The drop unit can be positioned and opened either left or right, in one or more pieces.

In this variant, the vertical blind can also be mounted horizontally on skylights. The running carriage is made from wear-resistant plastic and keeps the drop steady in every position. The individually manufactured stainless steel spacers ensure an even overlap.
Wall or ceiling installation
Wall or ceiling installation
Our vertical blinds can be mounted on the wall or ceiling. Here the system is mounted in front of the window and covers the entire window recess. There is a selection of fixing elements to attach the upper rail to the wall or ceiling, such as fastening clips, wall supports and mounting profiles for a flush installation.

At Schenker Storen there is an almost endless selection of colours to cater for the colour scheme of your choice. All anodised or powder-coated profiles are scratchproof and dirt-repellent, and guarantee long-lasting colourfastness.
2. Vane widths
Vane widths – individual look
It is not only the style and design that play a part in choosing the right width for your blind, but also the function. The amount of natural light and the light control vary depending on the width of the individual blind vane.
A vane width of 127 mm has become the go-to size and is the classic choice among blind widths.
The smallest vane width is 89 mm and only lets in a small amount of natural light. This makes it ideal for narrow windows.
The vane width of 250 mm is primarily designed for large rooms and tall glazing. These let in more natural light, making this vane width all the more stunning.
