Economy slat blind EC 70 / EC 80 / EC 100
The smart one with style
The discreet Economy slat blind is our answer to an aesthetic lightweight construction. It is ideally suited for all sites that want to create an open and elegant look for their facade, e.g. administration buildings, office buildings and schools. The extremely flat slats and fine cord guides blend in subtly with the facade increasing the view to the outside. The blind can be adjusted to suit individual needs and offers optimum regulation of natural light. This simply constructed slat blind covers the basic requirements of sun, glare and sight protection and, thanks to its minimal space requirements, is also ideal for renovations.

Cord guide
Fine, discrete and anti-corrosive steel cord thanks to its plastic coating (cord diameter: 2.5 mm). Easy, space-saving assembly with spring pre-load allow for an unrestricted installation. The cord holder does not have to be fixed onto a wall or soffit.
The cord guide opens up a wide choice of architectural possibilities in the design of the facade.
Profile guide
Profile guide
Guide profile with retracted, UV-stabilised noise-suppressing profile ensures it slides quietly and securely.
Continuous guide made from extruded aluminium that slides quietly and securely – available colourless/colour anodised or powder-coated. Shapes and designs: round, angular, slim and wide.
Can be installed on the side of the soffit or at the front of the building with various guide brackets.
Recess assembly
Recess assembly
In this installation scenario, the Economy slat blind is fully integrated into the recess. Depending on the size of the recess, a slat width of 70mm, 80mm or 100mm can be used. The blind is built into the facade so it is concealed when retracted. This gives the facade an uncluttered look.
The following types of installation are available:
Conventional guide:
Installation of the frame, which is open at the bottom and easily accessible for servicing purposes, using an assembly support. The guides are attached individually.
Fixed guide: Self-supporting guide system
Installation of the frame on fixed guides with guide supports, which is open at the bottom and easily accessible for servicing purposes. After the fixed guides have been installed, the frame can be connected directly with the guides. The self-supporting window blind design protects the insulation in the recess and also reduces the transmissions of noise and makes for an easy installation.
Installation at the front of the building
Installation at the front of the building
In this installation scenario, the compact venetian blind is attached to the front of the facade. The window blind design projects out from the facade. An additional canopy is attached to the facade to protect the blind and cover it when it is retracted. The canopy is available in various shapes and colours.
